Typographical Errors
In the event that a Mix N Munch product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Mix N Munch reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Mix N Munch reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Mix N Munch shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Mix N Munch without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Mix N Munch or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offence, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organisation.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mix N Munch, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the "Service Providers") from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable legal fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.

In an attempt to provide increased value to our visitors, Mix N Munch may link to sites operated by third parties. However, even if the third party is affiliated with Mix N Munch, Mix N Munch has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of Mix N Munch. These linked sites are only for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk. Nonetheless, Mix N Munch seeks to protect the integrity of its web site and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its own site, but for sites it links to as well (including if a specific link does not work).

Delivery

We only deliver to Mainland UK. Delivery dates quoted shall be estimates only and whilst we will endeavour to meet such dates or individual requirements, we shall have no liability for any delay in despatch or delivery or for any loss occasioned thereby. We reserve the right to consolidate separate orders into a single delivery. Our aim is to ship all orders 100% complete from stock. However, where all stock is not available to complete an order and the customer’s requirement is urgent, we are happy to accommodate a part shipment. The customer shall be required to pay delivery charges to cover part shipments. Please note – if a missing item is due in within 72 hours of the part ship request, we reserve the right to ship at 100% stock. Our options allow you to pay for a part delivery, wait for the full order, or cancel. If lead times are unusually long, we may arrange a part shipment for you and at our cost.

The buyer must notify the seller within 5 working days of delivery of any discrepancy, loss or damage. We, the seller, must acknowledge this discrepancy, loss or damage. In the case of non-delivery the buyer must notify the seller within 5 working days of notification of despatch. We reserve the right to make a re-delivery charge on all consignments if they are refused or cannot be delivered by our carrier to your preferred delivery point due to the fault of the buyer.

Credit Cards
All major UK credit cards are accepted without surcharges. When placing your order the billing address must match your credit card's registered address.

We do not offer credit accounts

Prices
All prices quoted are based on current costs and are (except where agreed in writing) subject to variation without notice.

Availability
If an item ordered is out of stock, we will endeavour to supply the item as soon as possible. All items are subject to availability. From time to time items may be discontinued or withdrawn from sale.

Cancellation and Returns
Where received goods are faulty, delivered broken or there is a quality issue, the item(s) must be retained to allow the company to investigate and report back. If appropriate customers can expect for the goods to be refunded if an alternative is either unavailable or unacceptable. This returns process will be at our expense if the goods are found to be faulty, broken or of inadequate quality. Only when this process is complete will a replacement or refund be provided.

If a customer wishes to return goods for reasons other than faults or breakages, consideration will be given to all such requests. However such amendments, cancellations or returns must be with the seller’s permission and by prior agreement. The cost of the return will be at the customer’s expense. The customer is responsible for the shipping of returned goods. Goods returned must be in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. Software licences and specially sourced non-catalogue items are non-returnable unless agreed otherwise. We reserve the right to make a handling charge of up to 50% of the value of the goods. 

Title of Goods
The goods shall remain the property of Mix N Munch until full payment of the appropriate invoice.

Liability
We shall incur no liability for direct, indirect or consequential loss, injury or damage to persons or property from any cause whatsoever, as a result of the handling of goods not in accordance with any safety instructions which may be issued from time to time or supplied by us with the goods or with any Government regulations, Health & safety requirements or codes of practice from time to time in force. Any liability incurred by us for any direct and indirect or consequential loss injury or damage to persons or property resulting from any negligence, delay, defect or failure in the goods or from any cause whatsoever shall be limited to a sum equal to the charges for the goods or that part so affected. All goods are sold on the understanding that the buyer is solely responsible for determining the suitability of the goods for the purpose for which they are intended.

Trade Descriptions Act
All descriptions, images & illustrations etc. are intended to portray a general description of the goods offered. Due to our continuous effort to source improved product we reserve the right to substitute product of equal or improved specification without notice, and we accept no responsibility for any loss caused by such alterations, provided the product is of comparable quality.

Responsibility
No warranty is given or implied as to the effectiveness or shelf life of the goods provided or that they will be suitable for any particular purpose or for use under any specific circumstances. Purchasers are advised to test and examine goods prior to use and take great care in cases where the use and/or storage of the goods involve danger to persons and/or property.

Health & Safety
The buyer has a responsibility to ensure all goods supplied are stored and used responsibly and in accordance with all the appropriate legislation requirements and recommendations. The buyer is responsible for taking all steps necessary to eliminate or reduce the risk to health and/or safety arising from the possession, storage and use of the goods.
